Job description
XL Sports World Fairburn is in search of highly qualified individuals to share their talents with children ages 18 months -6 years in our sports classes. XL Sports World offers classes based around the games of soccer, basketball, baseball, flag-football and lacrosse. Coaches will lead groups of children through a series of games and activities that help a child learn the basics of sports in a fun and exciting environment. These classes are high energy, fast paced and required a lot of interaction from the coaches. The ideal candidate will be very outgoing and have a strong athletic background.
Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older
- Have the ability to be an engaging presence while coaching
- Must be able to work a consistent schedule
- Must be able to follow and implement our structured curriculum
- Please note we do not hire seasonally for this role
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience working with young children
- Qualified individuals will be outgoing, LOUD, energetic, creative and patient.
- Qualified individuals will also be hard working, flexible, reliable and consistent.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
