TriSource is currently hiring for Residential Counselors to begin working residential group homes for youth/adolescents located within the Catonsville and Baltimore areas.

Responsibilities:

• Provides companionship for children and adolescents who have survived turmoil
• Works alongside children and adolescents who have behavioral issues
• Maintains a safe and calm environment
• Follows resident’s treatment plan to ensure that all needs are met
• Assists with ADL’s to ensure smooth operation of the day
• Provides care such as meal prep and housekeeping

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation
• CPR/First Aid
• Ability to pass a drug and background screen
• Must be comfortable/ have experience working with the youth/ vulnerable population

Shifts Available:

• Tuesday- Saturday 3:00pm-11:30pm
• Friday- Monday 7a-3p
• Friday- Monday 3p-11p

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Catonsville, MD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Required)
