AAA Quality Services is looking to fill a Yard Maintenance position.

Job Summary: We are looking for a dependable and hard-working Yard Maintenance worker in our Porta Potties Division in Farmersville.

We are currently looking for a dependable Yard Maintenance worker at our yard located in Farmersville. We are looking for a hardworking, dependable, and detailed driven individual. We have a team approach at our company.

Summary of Essential Job Functions of the (job title):

• Delivery and Pick-up of company products for customers
• Remove waste or hazardous materials from units using hand and power tools such as scrapers, vacuums, and high-pressure sprayers.
• Follow and perform the proper cleaning of contaminated equipment or areas for re-use, using detergents and solvents, sandblasters, filter pumps and steam cleaners.
• Install, replace or change parts according to unit specifications
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed
• Delivery units and/or install fencing

Minimum Requirements needed to apply for the (job title) opening:

• Effective communication skills, organization skills and planning skills.
• Must have mechanical aptitude
• Be physically able to work in various weather conditions
• Climb and lift ladders, be able to work around cleaning products and equipment for chemical toilet service and repair.
• Dedication to high quality service
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs
