Penn Valley True Value is a family-owned local business whose ultimate goal is to provide a positive customer experience in every aspect of interaction. We are looking to fill a Yard Associate/Load Builder position, either part time or full time. We are looking for a self-motivated individual, who works well in team situations. Experience with construction or building materials is a bonus. Must be able to lift 80lbs, and work in outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Provide customers with information about specific products and projects.
• Load customer orders
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the yard
• Offload delivery trucks.
• Build loads to prepare outgoing deliveries.

Skills

• General knowledge of lumber/building materials (or ability to learn)
• Ability to lift 80lb while loading customer vehicles
• Must hold a valid Driver's License and is able to safely operate a forklift
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
