General Function and Job Duties:
This position will manage and grow our individual donor base by focusing on on-air pledges and creating cultivation events to gain donors and grow more major donors.


Characteristics Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Acts as pledge producer.

2. Creates donor-centric events and mailers to increase the number of donors and major donors.

3. Assists in member follow-up.

4. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution and one year of related experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics:

Excellent problem solving skills

Excellent independent judgement

Ability to employ facts and drive the bottom line

Conditions of employment:

Salary for this position is $41,600 - $59,490. Pay grade for this position is J. Initial placement for new employees is customarily at entry level through 25% percentile. Contract type is Professional. Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include off-shift hours, evening and weekend assignments may be required of any position. All positions are subject to budget approval.
