Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Workforce Schedulers to ensure they properly forecast and plan workforce supply and demand.
- Interact with Communication Coordinators, ORR liaisons, and all other parties involved with UC transportation scheduling.
- Communicating with Workforce Schedulers and Site supervisors to ensure seamless shift transition.
- Ensures accurate shift schedules information is available to all necessary employees.
- Responding to any contingency that causes shift changes to ensure all night/day shifts have proper coverage.
- Reviews and approves monthly work schedules.
- Completing all reporting accurately and within a timely manner.
- Stays abreast of all command center emails.
- Adhering to all ORR and Culmen policies related to the supervision of unaccompanied children
- Culmen and ORR have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination based on race, sexual orientation, religion, or other affiliation. Ensure all staff adhere to and are aware of this policy.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with workforce planning
- Bi-lingual English and Spanish
- Associates Degree
- Organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and directly with subordinates and management.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word & Excel
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- HSPD-12 PIV Credential Tier 1
- National Agency Check and Inquiries—NACI Clearance
- BA in Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience working in the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), or related organizations
