**Full-Time**Starting at $19.00/hr**

The Workers' Compensation Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the management of the company's workers' compensation program and providing crucial support to various internal and external stakeholders related to the program. The Workers' Comp Coordinator plays a critical role in establishing procedures and facilitating decisions that balance employee coverage and cost-effectiveness for the company.

Duties and responsibilities of the Workers' Compensation Coordinator include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Responsible for the oversight and day-to-day management of the Company's workers' comp program, serving as liaison between the company's injured workers, third-party administrator (TPA), treating physicians, and internal departments.

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree and 2 years of workers' compensation, medical, HR, or applicable experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, basic OSHA record-keeping, HIPAA, and FMLA is also required, along with the ability to learn compensation laws.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
