What You’ll Be Doing:   

As a Workers Compensation Representative, you will be responsible for:  

  • Claimant advocacy expertise, assisting network providers, collaborating with adjusters for claimants, and interfacing with our partnered clients
  • Ability to manage multi-channel communications with customers – emphasis on email communications, and inbound and outbound calls
  • Complete all touch points throughout the benefit and hearing aid life cycle by guiding customers through the AHHC workstream to ensure claimants receive the hearing care needed
  • Own all follow-up calls to all customer types, including the provider, claimant, vendor partners and adjusters
  • Achieve quality standards on every file by following all company guidelines – meeting the quality and cycle time targets

Qualifications:   

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to thrive in a performance-based high-touch customer service environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • High level of curiosity and ability to problem solve
  • Thrive in a team environment, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced atmosphere and successfully collaborate with diverse groups at all levels of the organization
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Point of Sale (POS) or Practice Management Systems experience
  • Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word experience desired
  • Comfortable with daily commute to our downtown Minneapolis, MN office

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
