Job description

We are looking for able bodied candidates to clean windows. Jobs include commercial as well as residential and new construction.

We also pressure wash homes and exterior surfaces, clean gutters, and do snow removal in the winter months.

During the summer our days typically start at 8 AM and end around 4 or 5 PM.

Daily Tasks include:

• Meeting a crew lead at a predetermined location to take work vehicle
• Go to the jobs scheduled for the day (5-6)
• Clean windows, sills and frames
• Clean up after each job
• Some commercial properties will be done (Costco, Cub Foods)
• Pressure wash siding of homes, decks, sidewalks, and driveways
• Clean gutters and downspouts

Requirements:

• MUST have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift and carry a 24- 32 foot ladder (75-100 pounds)
• Must be willing to travel to Minneapolis or Prior Lake (depending on your closest location)
• Must not be afraid of heights and willing to climb a ladder
• You will meet the crew at a predetermined location each day and use the work vehicle to get to the days jobs. The days can vary between 8 hours in the summer to some days in the winter being less. We will also be doing snow removal in the winter in addition to window cleaning, gutter cleaning and ice dam removal.
• Pay will depend on capabilities of carrying and climbing ladders.
• High rise pay will be different from residential pay.
• No previous experience is required

Pay: $18.85 - $20.16 per hour
