We require a wellness coordinator to support our growing firm. The successful candidate will work to educate employees on products, services and company policies and procedures. The Company takes a great deal of pride in its proprietary products, services and programs that have been specifically developed to improve the quality of life for all employees. In fact, our wellness coordinator will also be responsible for helping employees meet specific health and lifestyle goals by creating comprehensive plans that are tailored to each individual.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee wellness programs for company employees.
- Manage company gym membership and employee discount programs.
- Coordinate health insurance options for employees.
- Advise employees on medical related matters.
- Coordinate with human resources and management on employee benefits.
- Communicate with employee about medical issues.
- Manage employee health insurance program.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
