Searching for an experienced welder-fabricator to join our growing team. Ideal candidates would be self-starters who are able to work alone with little to no direct oversight, team players who are willing to help with work outside their direct job duties, willing to learn and perfect their craft or be a leader and teach others a skill they exceed at. Finally, candidates would need to share the same passion and pride for our company that we have, be customer orientated, able to meet deadlines, and go above and beyond to make our clients happy with our work.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Open shop and observe tasks for the day and/or week

• Task Management – prioritize what tasks need to be done first.

• Project Layout

• Cutting

• Welding

• Finish work

• Field Installation

• Digging holes

• Setting posts

• Moderate cement work

• Field work/mock up work

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in welding and fabrication

• Ability to build custom stairs, handrails, gates and fencing

• Ability to read plans and apply that to your project layout

• Knowledge in running basic fabrication equipment such as tubing benders, saws, plasma cutters

• Active California driver’s license

• Reliable transportation to and from work

• Proof of eligibility to work in the US

Upon being offered a position with our company it is expected that you will pass an initial drug test as well as future random drug tests.

Pay is DOE

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
