My Gym Children's Fitness Centers in Norwell and Cohasset are looking for athletic, high energy, and outgoing candidates that would love to help us run weekend birthday parties for children ages 1 to 6 years old. For this position, we are ideally looking for people that have experience running group activities for children, but you may still apply if you don't. Pay includes a base pay between $18/hour and $22/hour based on your background, plus party tips which usually are $20 or more after each 1.5 hour party.This is a very social job that requires a person to be outgoing, active, and very fun for many hours in a row. Running parties at My Gym is a performance type of job, where our teachers display over-the-top excitement and enthusiasm to make our parties an exceptional experience. All My Gym parties are run by two teachers. You would work alongside an experienced My Gym teacher, and go through several weekend shifts of training. We pride ourselves on doing an excellent job at training all new employees.
Weekend Party Specialists can work one or two weekend shifts each weekend, ranging from about 5 to 8 hours each shift (2 or 3 parties). Hours are mornings or afternoons. Candidates must be able to consistently work weekends with few exceptions.
