Position Overview
Under the direction of the Director of eCommerce the Website Manager will leverage data analysis, coordinate multiple business functions, and lead new initiatives to drive sales through health care practitioners and their patients. The Website Manager will work cross-functionally to optimize the company’s website to ensure key performance indicators are aligned with the sales and marketing objectives. The Website Manager will be responsible for leading the vision to create a best-in-class sales and marketing website.
Location: Remote opportunities. Must live in one of the following states:
Primary: based in the Milwaukee, WI or Chicago/Nothern, IL
Secondary: AL, AZ, CO, FL, NC, NV, OH, PA, TX, VA, or WA
Functions
- Provide strategy for improvement for the Standard Process website including leading the development and execution of a robust roadmap and designation of key performance indicators.
- Works cross-functionally across marketing, IT, customer service and sales to optimize the website experience for existing and prospective customers.
- Manage milestones, deadlines, and scheduling for multiple simultaneous projects, keeping leadership up to date with progress and decisions.
- Manage and support CMS developers, prioritize projects & initiatives to best align with Standard Process marketing and sales goals.
- Perform and oversee data analysis, reporting and presenting of website related topics such as channel performance, customer retention and sales data.
- Develop a holistic view of the customers journey, apply data and insights to inform the development of a website experience that engages and converts.
- Engage with Health Care Providers to identify areas of opportunity/improvement and to respond to website questions.
- Utilize insights to help optimize and support eCommerce goals.
- Be a subject matter expert for the execution and sales of the company website.
- Working to accomplish strategic goal through ongoing technical enhancements and dedicated training opportunities to improve the user experience.
- Research opportunities and develop relationships with prospective accounts to further the growth of our online presence.
- Foster and depend the culture of data driven decision making across the organizations
- Help the company ask the right questions, look for answers in the right places, and challenge the current way of thinking and methodologies
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Masters preferred but not required.
Experience
- 5-10 years digital marketing and/or eCommerce experience.
- Experience web design/managing website design projects
Specialized Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, CMS and A/B and multivariate test applications.
- Knowledge of website standards and best practices.
- Skills and knowledge in analytics
