Job Responsibilities
JPMorgan is seeking to hire a Compliance Surveillance analyst to join the Wealth Management Trade Surveillance team, primarily supporting the Chase Wealth Management line of business. This is an exciting role that provides broad exposure to a large and expanding business area with coverage of retail brokerage accounts and products, investment advisory platforms, and digital investment offerings.
- Review Trade Surveillance output seeking to identify risks related to Market Misconduct, Sales Practice, and Customer Suitability related Compliance Issues
- Independently perform thorough investigations and escalate possible violations of rules, regulations, and procedures to the attention of stakeholders
- Partner with stakeholders in Line of Business Compliance, Management, and/or other channels to identify and asses risk
- Collaborate with Surveillance Technology stakeholders to enhance and improve surveillances
- Contribute to the firm's culture of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Wealth Management investment strategies and products including Mutual Funds, Structured Products, Equities, Options and Investment Advisory Platforms
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communications skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a core team member
