OUR CLIENT IS A TOP RATED WEALTH MANAGEMENT FIRM looking for a smart, take charge, organized and detailed individual to join the team. Team needs a driven person to manage service and implementation for investments, insurance and financial plans. As a member of our practice, you will have the opportunity to work with high net worth individuals and businesses on all aspects of financial planning and strategy implementation. This individual will also manage investment transactions for the team.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES include but will not be limited to:
Office Administration
- File and log appropriate correspondence and forms.
- Maintain compliant client files and track service tasks.
- Handle incoming calls/emails to answer client requests for account information or money requests.
Data Administration
- Process account change requests.
- Produce and distribute client and business reports.
- Maintain daily bank deposits, withdrawals, wires and check logs.
Service Support
- Respond to advisor administrative requests.
- Manage new client onboarding process which includes providing or collaborating with others to provide:
- Pre-filling applications
- Pre-checking applications for completeness and accuracy
- Submitting applications
- Discussing paperwork with clients
- Monitoring of the Daily Status Report (DSR) and take action on cases needing attention
- Speaking with clients and institutions to expedite the process
- Process investment and insurance service requests such as fund disbursements, account transfers and trade requests.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). All team members are expected to work directly with clients on a daily basis and assist the team in cultivating new opportunities.
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in finance
- Series 7 and Series 63
- One to three years of securities industry experience preferred
- Demonstrated computer experience and above average math and data entry skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy in handling detailed work
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to adapt to change, and identify process improvements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
