We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Project Manager with broad experience in planning, design, and construction of municipal water supply, treatment, and distribution systems in Massachusetts. The Project Manager will be based out of our Quincy or Woburn, MA offices, and will be involved in multiple project assignments with diverse clients throughout the firm. Will play a significant role in mentoring younger staff and must be able to manage all project technical, budget, staff, and client aspects of assignments. Business development skills that encompass lead identification and pursuit, strategic planning, proposal development, presentation, and interviews are a must.
Requirements:
Education and Experience: B.S. or M.S. Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with 7 or more years of experience preferred
Registrations: Registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts and Connecticut preferred
Technical Skills: AutoCAD, GIS, modeling experience
Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients, staff, subconsultants, and contractors through effective leadership. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desire to manage and mentor junior staff.
