Integrity Trade Services is hiring Manufacturing Production Workers, Machine Operators, and Mixers for a premier supplier of wholesome snack foods in Chicago. Our client has been in business for 85+ years and is seeking individuals with high energy, enthusiasm to join their growing team.

Walk In Hours:
Monday - 1pm-3pm
Tuesday - Thursday 9am-11am / 1pm-3pm.
Friday - 9am-11am

Our office is located at 18324 W Creek Dr Tinley Park, IL 60477

Hours: Must be able to work ANY SHIFT and flexible to move shifts on a week-to-week basis. Training could be on any shift.

Pay Rate: Start at $16.64/hr. Temp to hire.

If you are hired on, 6 months from the day, you were hired as a temporary employee, the rate will be $19.58 an hour and will be eligible for a .20 shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift.

Environment: Food Manufacturing – climate controlled in some areas. Hot in other areas. Will be working in a Food Environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor baked product on conveyor, stack product to specified height, and remove broken, damaged or discolored product from the production flow.
• Place product into feeder conveyor, insuring proper alignment
• Stack product onto cards or into containers when packaging machinery is not in operating mode
• Pack wrapped product into cartons, monitor quality of cartons from carton machine
• Load wrapped product onto cart when carton machine is not in operating mode
• Follow safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Requirements:

• Drug Screen and Background check required
• Must be able to work any shift on a week-to-week basis.
• Must have previous machine operating and/or mixing/batchmaking experience.
• Prior experience in food manufacturing experience preferred.
