Your Role
The Warehouse Team Lead reports to a Manager, and has general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of their assigned area.Your Responsibilities
- Provide daily tactical direction and guidance to warehouse associates for daily workloads
- Monitor the daily labor, work schedules and daily attendance of employees
- Count items and enter information into computer databases
- Ensuring conditions to maintain goods are fresh and clean
- Identify products damaged during transportation, and confirming the quality of goods
- Establish daily priorities
Your Skills and Experiences
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
- 1 year in a lead role
- Establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks
- Basic technical and math skills
