Company is Williams-Sonoma Distribution Center. 1st Shift. 6:00am - 2:30pm
Looking for an individual to monitor and supervise a group of employees to achieve goals that contribute to the daily growth of the organization.
Motivates and inspires their team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication.
Individual will be responsible for multiple daily tasks to ensure the operation continues to flow efficiently and productively. Individual will be required to be hands on, lifting, labeling, relocating product will be required. Reports daily production output to supervisor. Organized, detailed oriented with good communications skills.
Reliable transportation a must, leadership experience required, bilingual a plus,
