We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Team in Lakeland, FL.

Scope of work:

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the day to day operations of the warehouse such as Implementing, auditing and confirming that warehouse processes are sufficient to meet business needs and aligned to achieve desired results. Ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly. Able to delegate work to warehouse associates and assistants when necessary.

• Ability supervise in the absence of the Materials Coordinator

• Handles day to day operations of the warehouse including but not limited to: participating in interviews, delegating work, and updating inventory reports

• Move inbound and outbound materials to/from warehouse or production areas

• Attach tags and labels to containers for identification

• Organize packed and unpacked items stored in warehouse

• Examine and inspect packages for damage, reporting any issues to supervisors

• Prepare and maintain inventory reports and records

• Prepare products and equipment per customer order specifications

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to enhance productivity and safety

• Other duties as assigned

• Operate a forklift or other large equipment

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position oversees Warehouse Associates and Assistants.

What you need to be successful in this role:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 3-5 years experience in a supervisory role

• Experience working in a warehouse environment or similar, preferred

• Experience with inventory control, preferred

• Experience operating a forklift, required

• Forklift Certification, preferred
