Pay: $18.00+ DOE

Shift: Friday through Tuesday: 1100 to 1900

JOB FUNCTION: Warehouse Team Members are critical to the success of our operation. This position will perform work related to incoming freight and delivery requirements. Help to accurately stage, locate, load trucks and at times deliver our customer’s freight. Warehousing, material handling, labeling, and other related duties will be assigned.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and sort different types of incoming freight and knowledge of proper locations
• Load and unload freight on trailers using a motorized forklift, pallet jack or manually WPL guidelines. Use various loading techniques, such as loading or cross docking
• Hand load, rewrap or stack freight as necessary
• Secure freight inside trucks, trailers, and warehouse staging
• Ensure a safe productive work environment and housekeeping upkeep
• Responsible for observing and following all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
• Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching
• Requires the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50 pounds
