Position Profile: The Standley Systems Warehouse - Shop Coordinator will be responsible for performing manual, mechanical and clerical work in a warehouse setting. This individual will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, storing, assembly/testing and/or the delivering of equipment/parts/supplies at the Broken Arrow, OK warehouse. This position will report to the Warehouse Manager with dotted line responsibility to the Regional Service Manager based in Tulsa.

Requirements:

• Highly organized and able to multi-task
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal direct supervision
• High school diploma/ GED
• Good driving record, valid drivers license, and proof of insurance

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and basic PC operation
• Must be able to move and lift over 50 lbs. individually or with a team

Job Duties as dictated by workload:

• Verify (kind, count, condition), record and properly store all equipment, parts and supply inventory in a timely manner

• Maintain a high level of housekeeping in warehouse and work area at all times
• Maintain integrity of inventory at the warehouse and assist with inventory counts, as requested
• Assist loading and unloading inbound and outbound shipments
• Assist Logistics with deliveries/installs, as requested
• Unbox and prepare equipment/accessory orders for in-shop setup
• Perform in-shop setup of new equipment/accessories and troubleshoot/repair of used equipment/accessories
• Maintain and expand technical knowledge/skills through attending service training classes
• Operate a variety of warehouse equipment and vehicles, including pallet-jacks and forklifts
• Additional tasks as assigned by Management
