About us

Spirit Leatherworks, LLC is a NIKE licensee that is based in Eugene, Oregon.

Key Responsibilities:

-Monitor and manage overstock inventory levels in the warehouse, ensuring that products are stored in an organized and accessible manner

-Work closely with warehouse management to identify and prioritize overstock items for shipping or re-stocking

-Use inventory management software to track and update inventory levels, shipping information, and other related data

-Prepare and pack outgoing orders, including inspecting products for quality control, labeling packages, and coordinating with shipping lead to ensure timely delivery

-Always ensuring accurate inventory and performing routine cycle counts

-Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping, organizing shelves and storage areas, and disposing of excess packaging materials

-Load and unload trucks in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Previous experience working in a warehouse or shipping environment preferred

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

-Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory management software and shipping platforms

-Previous forklift experience preferred

Physical Demands:

-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

-Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time

-Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures and noise levels

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
