Job Description
Routine job duties include
- Loading/unloading bulk liquid materials utilizing railcars, tank trucks, and Iso-tanks
- Bulk liquid material transfers throughout specified tank farms
- Varying aspects of materials handling activities including palletized products, drums, IBCs, etc.
- Packaging of finished products in varying package sizes, i.e. 55 gallon drums, 5 gallon pails, etc.
- Preparation and loading of finished products for domestic and export shipments
Required Skills
- A strong commitment to working safely and the safety of others
- Ability to effectively work in a team environment
- Ability to perform high quality, efficient work to meet customer expectations
- Ability to perform all routine job duties with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to ascend and descend storage tank structures with fixed fall protection using ladders or stairs
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
- Work 8 hour shifts indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions
Required Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is highly preferred
- Demonstrated capability to use computers and other electronic interfaces for packaging equipment, inventory tracking, etc.
- Previous experience in operating a lift truck is highly preferred
