Chemical Blender and Warehouse Operations
JOB DESCRIPTION

Warehouse Operations, Order Fulfillment, Compound Blending and Material Handling – Port Washington, WI

Position: Current need is full time, 8am-5pm M-F.

Responsibilities:

The role of this position is to work with the production and operations department with the manufacturing of industrial fluids.

Falcon chemical blenders are fully trained individuals with good communication skills, effective time management, and use an organized approach to their daily operations.

Scope of Responsibilities:

· Chemical batch compounding and packaging. Material handling.

· Assist with order fulfilment. Packaging and shipping. Loading trucks.

Safety:

· Safety is a #1 goal for Falcon. Our blending and warehouse operations need to follow the safest methods to ensure a quality product through a risk adverse process.

· Maintain a workspace compliant with OSHA safety standards.

Production and Blending Management:

· Effectively manage current blends. Understand time constraints and prioritize accordingly.

Organization and Cleanliness:

· Daily clean up of blending area, workbench, and raw material locations without management requests.

Requirements and Training:

High School degree or equivalent.

Qualifications:

Industrial or warehouse experience.

Forklift driving experience or license.

Chemical manufacturing experience.

Communication skids, oral and written.

Organizational skills.

Reports to: Production Manager
