Due to Client growth, we are actively seeking an experienced Warehouse Material Analyst to join our Renewables Team in Portland, Maine. These individuals will manage the storage materials in our new warehouse located in Gorham Maine.
Responsibilities:
- Supports Construction Manager with BOM for projects (Verification of Bill of Materials)
- Communication to Construction Managers regarding material schedules.
- Issuing PRs and purchase orders as needed
- Tracking, expediting, and managing materials for Projects
- Expediting material for projects, with proper channels
- Inventory Management
- Goods Issued/Received
- Material Cycle count
- Restocking shelves
- Inventory Control: Replenish inventory, reorder material as needed
- Processing and packing material list for Projects
- Receive material from Suppliers
- Quality control
- Vendor Damage Claim Management
- Operate adequate merchandise management tools (for example, forklift)
- Enter Data into systems
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge and experience in handling material, warehouse storage, and shipping (Associate Degree or Equivalent Experience)
- Three to Five (3-5) years of experience in Warehouse Management
- Analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel and Word (Must be able to work and understand how to use formulas in Excel – Required for this role)
- SAP Experience Preferred
- Hands on experience with inventory and logistics software programs
- Experience in Utility Industry Preferred
- Must have experience with electrical and manual pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Great physical stamina and manual dexterity

- Must be a Maine resident and able to work out of the Gorham Warehouse.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
