This position is an overnight, Wednesday to Saturday position.

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing and directing and team of supervisors as well as ensuring efficiency is maintained through positive reinforcement, counseling and training. This position is accountable for the effective and successful management of production and productivity while adhering to the company’s standards.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Training new and existing employees
• Maintaining a high level of efficiency through a thorough understanding of all the departments on the shift and their impacts on each other
• Planning, assigning and directing work
• Assisting in the creation of policies and procedures for the facility
• Promoting a safe, clean, and positive work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures
• Responsible for accurate and timely production reporting
• Must be able to work with management to create and maintain proper staffing levels in order to ensure maximum efficiency while maintaining a high level of service

The distribution center operations consist of Receiving, Quality Control, Ticketing, Inventory Control, Shipping, and Yard Management.
