Job Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining the overall quality and appearance of building facilities and equipment

• Identifying and resolving malfunctioning or unsafe conditions in building

• Performing minor repairs and/or reporting major maintenance needs and requirements to supervisor

• Performing minor electrical, plumbing, painting, appliance, carpentry, and masonry work

• Operating various machinery, mechanical equipment, and tools (i.e. power and hand tools, forklift, scissor lift)

• Coordinating service calls and communicating with third party companies on behalf of Earthley

• Monitoring inventory of maintenance parts and supplies

• Completing miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
