As a member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. You'll be responsible for processing daily orders, returns, and inventory management. In addition, you'll establish and maintain positive working relationships with all our customers and accounts, developing brand awareness through high-quality service in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere.

Our ideal candidate will always be self-motivated in improving and increasing daily projects and goals, ensuring the cleanliness, attractiveness, and organization of our warehouses and showroom. Additionally, you'll be available to assist with occasional weekend sales projects and promotions, helping to drive sales and build a loyal customer base.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills and abilities:

· Fluent in complete English, with Spanish speaking skills being a positive attribute.

· Ability to lift objects and products up to a maximum of 75 lbs., with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs.

· Previous warehouse experience is a positive attribute.

· Willingness to learn and operate forklifts (training and certification will be provided).

· Basic computer skills.

· Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner while maintaining confidentiality.

· Interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain open to others' ideas and exhibit willingness to try new things.

· Effective oral communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.

· Quality control skills, with the ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and monitor one's work to ensure quality.

· Planning and organizing skills, with the ability to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.

· Adaptability, with the ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.

· Dependability, with the ability to be consistently at work and on time, follow instructions, respond to management direction, and solicit feedback to improve.

· If you're willing to get a CDL license to drive a large flatbed delivery truck, that's a definite plus!
