General Trading Co., Inc. in Carlstadt, NJ is hiring experienced FULL TIME Shipping Office Clerks for the day shift - Sunday - Thursday, 10am - 6:30pm

DESCRIPTION: The Shipping Office Clerk will distribute all work to be selected for domestic and international grocery orders as well as ensure shipments are correct before going out to the customers.

FUNCTIONS:

• Print order labels and distribute to Warehouse Selectors and re-assign returned labels to Warehouse Selectors when necessary
• Reconcile pallets to ensure orders are accurate before shipment to customer
• Document trainees assigned to trainers
• Assist with the distribution of headsets (Vocollect) to employees

REQUIRMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Warehouse or food distribution experience a plus
• Basic computer knowledge is required
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is required
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
