Warehouse Specialist/Shipper

Summary: The Warehouse Specialist is key in ensuring warehouse and site inventory are accurate and tracked in Sitel's systems through physically receiving, sanitizing, inventorying, counting, packing, and documenting the status of Sitel assets.

Summary of Responsibilities:

· Receiving all shipments (employee returns – in person and through delivery partners.) by unloading trucks, using a forklift and/or pallet jack.

-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Assign shipments to appropriate department (i.e. packing materials, supplies)

· Sanitization of ALL equipment. The cleaning and inventorying of returned equipment.

· Check for visible external damage and internal damage, through the use of powering on equipment. This may also include some lite repair work, broken necks of monitors and stands, side panels of towers, keycaps etc. Report systemic conditions or defective materials

· Focus on ensuring all materials and tools are placed at the point of use/recirculation.

· Assist in inventorying larger shipments that are received from clients and other Sitel site locations.

· Discard used packing materials in a timely manner.

· Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition

· Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards

· Preparing and packing kits for our agents, and fulfill within desired SLA’s.

* 8-4:30 shift, with potential for overtime.

Secondary Responsibilities:

· Other duties as required and assigned

Position Qualifications

· Must be able to use pallet jack and lift up to 40 pounds.

· High attention to detail

· Professional demeanor in interactions with internal and external stakeholders

· Problem solving and critical thinking skills

· Well organized and has strong time-management skills

WORK EXPERIENCE

· 2+ years working within a warehouse environment preferred

EDUCATION

HS Diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
