Crocs Distribution Center is happy to announce that we are now offering Part Time schedules!
If you are experienced in Distribution and Logistics OR you have never set foot in a warehouse, we are looking for eager applicants to help support our growing business.
We are currently offering the following shifts:
What we offer you:
In addition to great base pay, you will also be eligible for:
- Up to $5.25/hour Performance Incentive
- Cross Training in multiple departments
What you'll bring to us:
- Strong attendance record, work ethic, and safety record
- Flexibility to be cross-trained in different departments
- Able to lift up to 35lbs regularly
- Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crawl
- Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus (equipment operators)
Additional Info:
We have partnered with our friends at 11th Hour Staffing on the following process:
- New Part Time Associates will be hired through 11th Hour Staffing
- One stop shop at our convenient hiring events. This will include:
- Offer
- Background Check
- Drug Test: Oral swab that test for traces of Amphetamines, Cocaine, Methamphetamines, Opioids and PCP.
- At this time, cannabis is not included in our pre-employment drug screening. It is, however, included in any post-employment reasonable suspicion or post-accident drug test.
- After only 30 days Associates in good standing will become eligible for conversion directly with Crocs
- Once eligible, Crocs will bring on Associates according to orientation schedule
