Job description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for all facility management related tasks for True North. The Warehouse Associate will work closely with the Warehouse Manager, Accounting Manager, Director of True North Operations and True North customers. Emphasis is placed on safety, consistency, teamwork, positive work attitude, excellent customer service and maintaining exceptional overall warehouse organization and operating conditions. Warehouse Associate reports directly to the Accounting Manager with a dotted line to the Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining facilities organization and cleanliness
• Delivering parts with yard vehicle provided by True North as needed.
• Receiving inbound freight/inventory.
• Forklift operation.
• Loading and unloading trailers for job preparation.
• Assist in inventory counting each month.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

• Good interpersonal skills.
• Team player
• Detail oriented to ensure accuracy of work.
• Well Organized
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods of time.
• Forklift certified.
• Self-driven self-starter that can complete tasks with little supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
