LEGACY Supply Chain is hiring experienced Forklift Operators to support our Oswego, IL operations. As Forklift Operator, you will load and unload product from trucks or containers using forklifts, and physically break down pallets and review orders to make sure that pallets contain the correct number of products for shipment. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) plan with up to a 5% company match.

Schedules:

• Tuesday through Friday - 5:00am to 3:30pm; starting pay $18.67 per hour.
• Tuesday through Friday - 5:00pm to 3:30am; starting pay $19.67 per hour.
• Saturday, Sunday, and Monday - 5:00pm to 5:30am; starting pay $21.72 per hour.
• Attendance bonus boost your starting rate an additional $1.05 per hour.

What should I expect as Forklift Operator?

• Load and unload product while safely operating a sit down forklift, clamp or slip sheet.
• Physically break down pallets and review orders to make sure that pallets contain the correct number of products for shipment. This is a physically demanding job that will require you to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.

What do we expect in a Forklift Operator?

• One-year forklift experience (Clamp/Sit down) preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on your own on a consistent basis.
• Punctuality with a demonstrated attendance record.
• Experience working in team oriented environment.
• Adhere to LEGACY’s Covid-19 safety guidelines.
