Job description

UFC (furniture) is hiring a Warehouse Associate who will also function as a Delivery Assistant based on operational needs. The duties include sort, load, unload, assemble furniture, and warehouse organization.

This role is fast-paced and involves continual movement and physical activity such as standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, bending, reaching, and sliding boxes/furniture that may weigh up to 50lbs.

This job requires heavy lifting, loading furniture onto trucks, and must have the physical ability to pick up sofas, recliners, and more.

The work shift is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with some variation (more or less) depending on delivery needs. The workdays are Monday-Saturday with Sunday and Wednesday off.

The warehouse is located in South Arlington on Cooper Street.

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent. *Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized warehouse environment. *Ability to lift, push and slide boxes/furniture that may weigh up to 50lbs. *Attention to detail and professional customer interaction skills. *Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) and work per the schedule.
