Standard Plumbing is among the largest family owned and operated Plumbing, Heating, Sprinkler, and Hardware wholesalers in the Western United States.

We are looking for a driven individual to work in our Indio warehouse. This individual will work with our sales staff and delivery team to ensure we are providing solutions to our customers’ everyday needs. Fun atmosphere and opportunities to move up. Responsibilities:

• Invoice material, maintain open orders, purchase orders, and returned merchandise.
• Perform frequent inventory counts, adjustments, and order product into the store.
• Be accurate in pulling orders and providing correct lead-times on ordered product.
• Receive product into the store and restock product on the shelf.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards.
• Use a forklift to move pallets onto pallet racking.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to contractors and walk-in customers.

Requirements:

• Must be able to move objects 10-50 lbs. and occasionally lift/move objects over 100 lbs.
• Frequently required to stand.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
