We are looking for talented individuals to join our support team. This key role in our company is involved in the complete life cycle of shipments originating with our website, phone, and in store customers. The warehouse team is an integral part of how we support our sales staff and customers every day. Come join our fabulous team and grow your career! Key Responsibilities:
- Picking customer orders
- Shipping gifts - we are willing to train
- Wrapping and packaging
- Customer contact using phone, email, and other communication types.
- Using high company standards to create ideal outcomes for our customers
Other duties may include:
- Sorting, verifying, counting, and checking for damage our products
- Pricing
- Folding Tee shirts
- Electronic scanning
- Cleaning and sanitizing
- Moving boxes and totes by hand, hand truck, and pallet jack
- Making deliveries to customers and local stores in our company vehicle
Desired qualifications:
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Ability to go up and down a ladder
- Clean driving record and a willingness to drive is valued but not required for this position
- Shipping experience is a plus
- Ability to work in extended periods of standing, stooping, kneeling, using stairs, bending, and lifting
