Grivet Outdoors is a growing online retailer of outdoor recreational gear based in Memphis, TN. We are avid outdoor enthusiasts looking to support healthy outdoor lifestyles through exceptional goods and services.

$300 Sign on Bonus Qualifications:

• Employee must work at least 35 hours a week for 5 weeks

Responsibilities involved with this position include:

• Receiving deliveries at the dock and unloading trucks either by hand or with a pallet jack
• Sorting deliveries and reporting any discrepancies to a supervisor
• Batching inventory picks or received deliveries into 3PL shipments, this involves the labeling of individual products and packing them into cases before we ship them
• Performing inventory picks for 3PL batching or customer orders
• General warehouse upkeep of facilities such as the break room, restrooms, and other common areas, upkeep of the warehouse shelves and floor areas, consistently making sure that each space is clean and safe to work in
• Cooperating with supervisory staff and peers, communicating clearly, following all rules governing respectful behavior
• Adhering to all general warehouse rules and safety standards
• Familiarizing yourself with our various computer systems to insure that operations are carried out correctly such as, correctly adding or removing inventory, order picking, and location counting
• Arriving on time for scheduled shifts, not leaving before the end of a shift, not idling at any point while you are supposed to be working or interrupting others work during any time you are on break

Basic requirements involved with this position include:

• Basic level math and reading skills
• Ability to communicate clearly
• Proficient in using a computer
• Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 35lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
