Job Summary:

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to provide outstanding support for our warehouse. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for managing supply movement and organization in the warehouse. Their duties include supply loading and unloading, using inventory systems, packing boxes, and delivering supply orders to after school programs and summer camps around the Bay Area. They are also responsible for restocking supplies once programs are finished and unused supplies come back to the Warehouse. Warehouse Associates also engage in counting inventory, liaising with field staff and maintaining clean warehouse conditions.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Performing general duties on a daily basis including storing and stocking products in bins and on shelves

• Ability to drive and maneuver company van/truck/10-foot U-haul

• Loading and unloading of trucks/vans to and from designated programs and from the warehouse

• Moving, handling, and transporting supplies to programs

• Keeping the work area clean, organized and free of hazards

• Performing other supply related duties as assigned

• Following safety policies and procedures, including all OSHA guidelines

• Coordinating and managing the disposal of trash

• Preparing tech equipment, maintaining clean logs and counts of all tech equipment

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proven work experience in a Warehouse or in a similar role

• Clean driving record

• Ability to maneuver 10-foot U-haul truck

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Organized and detail oriented

• Positive attitude and comfortable working on a team

• Reliable and responsible

• Proven multitasker and comfortable working under pressure

• Must be able to get to the warehouse in San Leandro, CA

• Eligible to work in the US

• Must be up-to-date with COVID-19 vaccinations

Hours: 25-30 hours per week

Pay Range: $20-$25/hour

Start Date: ASAP
