Warehouse and Inventory Specialist Position Overview:

This is a multi-faceted position that involves warehouse and delivery, customer service, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a motivated work ethic. A typical day in this role will involve warehouse order picking, shipping, receiving, and inventory control, along with delivery driving. You may also crosstrain with our customer service team, so it’s a great position for folks looking to build more skills.

Here's a quick overview of what you may do in a typical day:

• 
  Receive incoming product
• Safely stock items on shelves in our warehouse
• Picking orders, loading, unloading, staging and shipping product
• Interact with internal and external customers in a polite, respectful manner
• Maintaining inventory accuracy with cycle counts
• Operate a pallet jack, forklift and other machinery in a safe and efficient manner. We provide onsite forklift training!
• Drive company vehicle to make deliveries

• Miscellaneous warehouse tasks or projects as needed

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7-3:30 PM

Customer Service Representative Minimum Qualifications:

• 
  Valid Driver’s License required
• Previous warehouse, merchandising, and/or inventory control experience is preferred
• Industry knowledge of safety, cutting tools, abrasives, and other industrial products is desired, but not required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong time and project management skills with the ability to multitask
• Computer and data entry skills highly desired, including Microsoft Office
