Waev Inc. is an electric mobility OEM founded in 2021 to manufacture, distribute, market, and support the GEM, Taylor-Dunn and Tiger brands. GEM was the first commercially-produced, street-legal low-speed vehicle in the United States. GEMs shuttle people and goods across city centers, residential communities, government campuses, colleges and universities, and other micro-environments. Founded in 1949, Taylor-Dunn burden carriers, personnel carriers, and stockchasers have been trusted solutions in a broad range of commercial environments and provide premium reliability, safety features, and all-electric efficiency for industrial grade applications. Tiger heavy-duty tow tractors have been towing cargo, baggage, parcel, and other equipment in ground support applications since 1981. JOB SUMMARY
The Waev Inc Parts Representative will be responsible for handling day-to-day parts requests and inquiries from the dealer network. This includes parts orders, quotes, providing order status, and supporting dealers with various other parts related requests. This individual will work regularly with fellow parts team members to accomplish team objectives as well as cross-functionally on an as needed basis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in processing parts orders submitted by dealer network in a timely manner
- Process customer parts returns on as needed basis and in a timely manner
- Support customer with parts inquiries, parts order issues, credits other Misc items, escalating when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service to dealer network through phone and email support
- Work independently and with parts team to achieve individual and team goals
- Participate in parts team initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

- Self-confidence and track record of success professionally managing difficult conversations under contentious circumstances
- Highly motivated, detail- oriented, self-starter with ability to work under pressure individually or in a team environment
- Strong ability to methodically evaluate complex problems and provide strong recommendations for resolution
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- 1-3 years professional experience in a customer facing role
- Strong communication skills
- High volume phone/email experience
- Positive attitude and eagerness to get tasks done no matter how big or small timely and accurately
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Preferred locations – Remote or Anaheim, CA
- Standard fast-paced office environment – extended periods of sitting required
- Interaction with customers and dealers
