Responsibilities

• O&M mission specific Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) NIPRNET and SIPRNET and Secure VTC services as required when connected to the Defense Video Services-Global (DVS-G), Internet Protocol Video Teleconferencing (IP VTC) or DVS- G II Network. This includes VTC service in classrooms, transportable, command and control, conference room, briefing rooms, collaboration suites, and desktops.
• Provide design, installation advice, and technical support for VTC studio suite equipment.
• Provide VTC support as needed for conferences and customer projects; establish connectivity for VTC session and operate equipment as required by customer.
• Provide mission user local touch labor (troubleshooting, repairing, etc.).
• Support the VTC as a managed network device on both SIPR/NIPR networks.
• Provide technical support and assistance in the patching and maintaining compliance per DoD, Army guidance and other unit authorized sources.
• Provide technical support and assistance in the design, acquisition, installation, and operation of the equipment to limited user population.
• Operate the SVTC capability on a highly restricted basis, in support of extremely critical collaborative efforts involving O-6 Commanders and higher personnel, either locally or as part of the interconnected collaboration event.
• Setup video and audio conferences coordinate video conference among various AFC elements.
  Support approximately 280 to 330 monthly VTC events.
  Setup and support at off-site locations as determined by the Government VTC lead, twice monthly

• Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision
• Able to take proactive measures to prevent problems rather than reactive by nature
• Strong verbal and written communication to effectively express concepts, plans, and proposals
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Education and Certifications

• Preferred Experience 7-10 years
• CompTIA Security +

Clearance

• Active Secret Government Security Clearance is required.
