Falcon National Bank is growing our Treasury Management team.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Working closely with Banking, Product, and Industry partners to drive strategic sales initiatives the Vice President of Treasury Management increases profitable deposit & services growth by expanding the banks business clients and prospects relationships. This is accomplished by leading a team of Business Development Officers, self-generation, and partnering with peers on the sales leadership team. This position will give insight into products and services that Falcon National Bank's target clients need to grow non-interest deposits for the bank. The Vice President of Treasury Management will partner with local municipalities to grow public funds in a profitable way while leveraging reciprocal funding sources. This position will own the mix of interest and non-interest-bearing deposits and give insight to the ALCO team to keep cost of funds with executive guidance

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, Manage, and Hold a team of Business Development Officers accountable for set growth targets. (Deposits, Treasury Management Products, and Lending Referrals.)
• Generate Non-Interest deposits and Treasury Management Products through municipalities, non-profits, and commercial clients.
• Be a champion for change, always looking for ways to better serve our customers and communities. - Emulate our company values of RISE. (Relationships, Integrity, Solutions/Service, and Execution.)
• Train front line staff and lenders to drive referrals to the Treasury Management Team.
• Be engaged in the communities we serve through Non-profit and community advocacy boards.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external centers of influence (COi), and external consulting organizations
• Demonstrate strong selling and negotiation skills - Maintain an ongoing commitment to staying current and fully understanding relevant industry trends with the ability to apply them in complex client solutioning opportunities and helping clients see the connection to treasury solutions proposed
• Understand the competitions' capabilities and gaps, and how to position Falcon National Banks Treasury Services against them
• In collaboration with Market Presidents and Business Bankers, manage relationships with existing clients to ensure proper servicing and structure of accounts and to expand existing business
• Create strategic dialogues around key client-centric issues, incorporating best practices, peer benchmarking, industry data analytics, ROI quantification and solution positioning - Manage the day-to-day operations of the treasury management department - Leverage Salesforce to track, refer, and cross-sell to prospects and clients

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• 8-10 years of Treasury Management Sales and Service experience
• 8-10 years of Team Lead, Management, Accountability experience (LMA)
• Treasury Management Certification
• Demonstrated expertise in financial industry - Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
