We are looking for a VP of Product to join Qapital! In this role, you will be instrumental in driving product growth, scaling teams, and setting product vision and strategy for our product suite. As the VP of Product, you will be aligning our product strategy with our business strategy to ensure our products meet the needs of our users.

In this role, you will:

• Define the future state of Qapital from a product viewpoint. You will translate the company mission into a clear product vision, especially as it applies to unifying distinct products/line of businesses into one seamless product experience
• Structure the Product and Design teams and drive actualization against the product roadmap and their OKRs, directing the team to find a solution to problems in data-driven and creative ways
• Lead and mentor the PM/Design Organization with the goal of enabling them to successfully deliver on their product areas, provide thought leadership to help them when facing obstacles, and invest in their continuous improvement and career growth
• Apply your track record of building and scaling product teams in a platform company so Qapital can reach its fullest potential across customer segments and global geographies
• Have a broad and deep understanding of the metrics that drive the business and use that understanding to guide the product strategy

Skills and Requirements:

• 10+ years of Product Management experience
• 4+ years of experience in a senior Product Leadership role
• Experienced in building and owning product roadmaps for both the long-term and short-term
• Experience working on large scale consumer-facing products with a strong understanding of product-building areas
• Background in Fintech and B2C environments
• Ability to work across an international organization
• Entrepreneurial mindset and experience working in a start-up environment preferred

Salary Range: $200k - $250k
