• Teach basic skills of flag football to 8 to 10 year-olds
• Communicate with parents regarding scheduling of practices and games
• Must be willing to dedicate time; usually about 2-3 hours a week for a 10 week period of 8 games and 2 practices including; coach meetings
• Exhibit excellent communication skills by interacting with parents and children

We hope you’ll understand that, unfortunately, there are a few people who apply for volunteer jobs at the YMCA for the wrong reasons. The YMCA, however, makes an active effort to prevent abuse.
