Vocational Operations Director
Salary up to $90,000 based upon experience
Full Time, Mercer County, NJ
The Arc Mercer is seeking an exceptional leader with knowledge of DVR and CARF accreditation.
The Vocational Operations Director has a strategic mindset, proven track record of managing and developing programs, and a passion for working with individuals with special needs.
You will be responsible for the delivery and overall success of your program.
This role requires a self-starter who displays good judgment and makes quick decisions, as you will be overseeing the overall operations of our Occupational Training Center and Vocational Services.
Responsibilities include:
- Management and Supervision of services to individuals who are focused on vocational rehabilitation and reintegration.
- Initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of The Agency.
- Management of personnel (job coaches), collaboration with clinical staff and leadership team, as well as supervision of consumers.
- Active involvement in continuing educational, vocational and professional programs for individuals with disabilities.
What You Need:
- Minimum 4-year advanced college degree
- Experience in DVR services
- Knowledge of CARF accreditation
- Experience in business growth
- High-level supervisory experience
