Vice President of Operations
Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy

Across our multiple divisions, we touch people’s lives in their homes and in long-term care facilities. We address health needs related to physical therapy, medications, in-home nursing services, independent living assistance like meal preparation and companionship, and end-of-life care.

Absolute Rehabilitation
Absolute Rehabilitation is the preferred provider of comprehensive physical, occupational and speech therapy in post-acute care settings that include skilled nursing facilities, home care, assisted living and outpatient centers.
We partner with clients to offer strong clinical skills, in-depth financial expertise, and efficient delivery of quality rehab services.
Absolute Rehabilitation is looking for an individual that possess the following traits:

Job Expectations Include:
- Overall therapy operations manager of all skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, outpatient clinics, and assisted living facilities managed by Absolute
- Development of recruitment, retention, and employee satisfaction strategies
- Manage and create an operating budget
- Strategic planning that focuses on growth
- Influence the opening of new business
- Ensure compliance of all payer billing rules, and facility regulatory bodies
- Manage and direct the clinical care teams
- Teach new regulations
- Interact with and retain current customers
- Participate in trade shows and other growth-oriented opportunities
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
- A minimum of five years of experience in a Regional Director role managing multiple business units across the continuum of care
- Proven analytical, problem solving skills
- Skilled in influencing, collaborating, and creative thinking across all levels in the organization
- Proven ability to create and manage a budget and strategic plan
- Sales experience to promote company growth
- Exceptional written and verbal skills
- A degree and current license in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy
- Ability to retain, and manage staff in a professional manner
