We are looking for a tech savvy, personable and highly energetic VP of Partnerships and Marketplace to be responsible for the full spectrum of relationships with all Company B2B partnerships. This includes but is not limited to integration partners, referral partners, EMR/EHR vendors, industry consultants and marketing agencies. The role will have ownership of all B2B company relationships as well as the implementation of an API portal and integration partner marketplace. You will be the key contributor in the company focused on systematizing our internal and external process and communication for B2B partnerships and driving incremental revenue.
The VP of Partnerships and Marketplace responsibilities include working with the Company’s technical resources to ensure proper implementation, rollout and maintenance of the API portal and marketplace; day-to-day correspondence with B2B partners; troubleshooting integration issues; driving incremental B2B revenue through referral agreements and revenue sharing opportunities; and negotiating B2B partnership contracts. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with API portals and managing a robust integration partner marketplace.
Ultimately, you will maintain and improve our marketplace, ensuring that all B2B partnerships are in good standing and support the Company’s growth initiatives. This role will be a fast-paced area of the Company working with dozens of B2B partners from both a technical and commercial standpoint.
Requirements:Responsibilities
o Establishes, builds, and maintains referral business partnerships with industry consultants, marketing agencies and various apps
o Explores joint revenue sharing opportunities with software partners
o Drives evolution of our B2B Partnership framework, including partner management, contract negotiation and internal process management
o Research, diligence and identify a suitable marketplace portal for the Company
o Configure, implement and rollout a marketplace portal for all B2B partners
o Collaborates with business partners to understand key business and operational requirements and ensure all commercial, operational, and contractual requirements are met post-execution
o Develops, manages, and ensures the satisfactory completion of Company's partnership related success metrics; sets clear quarterly goals / objectives, and tracks to completion
o Collaborates with Company's marketing team to elevate B2B marketplace awareness and develop cross promotional materials and content
o Addresses partnership and revenue sharing issues and opportunities effectively and efficiently
o Manage all communication with B2B partners from first inquiry, through vetting the interested party, and ultimately fulfilling the successful onboarding of new B2B partnerships
o Source new B2B partnerships that align with the Company’s strategic direction and goals
o Oversee internal and external communication, making sure the Company maintains a positive reputation working with B2B partners
o Travel to conferences to meet with partners when needed
Skills & Experience
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience
o Increasing levels of responsibility and seven (7) or more years of experience identifying, signing, and growing partnerships with technology platforms and channel partners
o Outstanding technical and analytical skills with the ability to implement an API portal and convey specific technical requirements to B2B partners
o A high degree of intellectual curiosity and creativity and the ability to engage with other senior leaders in addressing complex business issues
o Effective networker, spokesperson, and relationship builder
o Highly strategic mindset, including the demonstrated ability to take broad ideas and turn them into actionable plans, and then consistently follow through on the execution of those plans
o Ability to identify problems, evaluate options, and navigate conflict
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an understanding of how to adjust messaging for a variety of audiences and an ability to effectively communicate the compelling nature of a partnership opportunity

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $170,000.
