We're looking for an experienced candidate that can efficiently coordinate the dynamic relationship between the quarry, crushing facility, and fine grind plant.

EXPECTATIONS

• Take initiative, find the solution even if not asked.
• Report directly to ownership.
• Participate in weekly Leadership meetings.
• Engage in the EOS model of management.
• Coordinate the shared resources between the quarry and fine grind operations.
• Work with the accounting and financial team to manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the short term and long term company targets and make strategic recommendations to meet those goals.
• Manage the balance between sales and production to optimize both.
• Utilize sales and production forecast to optimize the quarry layout for blasting, traffic patterns, and reserve planning.
• Develop new and utilize current production reports to identify inefficiencies and optimize production.
• Manage and coordinate in-house and contract mechanics, electricians, and welders.
• Manage the spare parts inventory.
• Implement a CMMS system to streamline preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Implement lean manufacturing concepts to minimize waste and increase availability.
• Coordinate scheduled outages with maintenance, production, and sales teams.
• Manage equipment rentals including usage, insurance, damage claims, and purchase recommendations.
• Review and engage in QA/QC, Safety and Environmental processes.
• Confident enough to communicate with owners, stakeholders, and employees
