SummaryMy Place Hotels of America is a rapidly growing hotel chain with 65+ locations distributed across nearly 30 states. We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing who will be responsible for leading our company's marketing efforts. This person will provide guidance to our marketing department by evaluating and developing strategies, planning and communicating marketing plans through all channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Oversee the vision, strategy , tactics and day-to-day management of our marketing channels and personnel focused on driving revenue and brand awareness: Online video, paid search, SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Email and CRM.
2. Create original marketing concepts for the My Place Hotels brand that deliver upon our strategic objectives.
3. Oversee media planning and activation across all marketing channels.
4. Develop and maintain marketing reporting to provide insight into effectiveness of all marketing activities.
5. Proactively seek out partnerships to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
6. Create original marketing concepts in collaboration with franchisees.
7. Manage all creative projects and coordinate with internal and external design and production teams to bring marketing visions from idea through production.
8. Oversee design department workflow.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Revenue Management to further business objectives.
10. Present marketing concepts to executives.
11. Supervise processes and give feedback as necessary.
12. Ensure project deadlines are met as outlined.
